Shipping Policy
We here at penn + chio KIDS are pleased to offer shipping services across Canada. All orders which are in stock will be processed within 2-3 business days. We offer free delivery in the Bradford and Newmarket area, as well as, standard shipping with Canada Post and expedited shipping with UPS at an additional cost.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination address. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as these are estimates provided by our carriers. Once your order is ready for delivery or has been shipped, you will receive an email with a drop-off window time, if delivery is in the Bradford or Newmarket area, or a tracking number if being shipped, which can be used to track your package.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.
Refund Policy
We take pride in providing our customers with the best products and services possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been damaged, used, or is not in its original packaging.
